Teams that send the same document workflows every week still stitch together PDFs, spreadsheets, and signing tools by hand — with little validation before launch and weak per-recipient visibility after.

Built DocuSend as a MobTouch product: layout-first template editing, campaign controls, AI-assisted field detection, and multi-channel delivery in one workflow.

Constraints

Templates must be precise — every field lands where operators expect
Campaigns need CSV mapping and preflight before send
Support both signature (DocuSign) and personalized email channels
Teams need collaboration (comments, mentions) on templates

Approach

Shipped a visual editor with drag-and-drop fields, guides, snapping, and multi-page support.
Added AI field detection to accelerate PDF template setup from likely form fields.
Built campaign wizard flows: import CSV, map fields, validate, preview with real data, launch.
Integrated DocuSign for signatures and email for personalized document outreach.
Exposed results tracking for sent, completed, and failed deliveries per recipient.
